About TruTouch
TruTouch Technologies is a privately-held corporation located in Albuquerque, NM. We develop, manufacture, and market versatile noninvasive alcohol testing systems for both existing and emerging markets. TruTouch’s patented, revolutionary technology is the fruit of a ten-year, $60-million investment in developing noninvasive, spectroscopy-based systems for biomedical applications.
TruTouch’s products are unique in that they require no bodily fluids to accurately measure alcohol levels, and enable unsupervised testing through its inherent biometric identity verification. Our devices are as fast, easy and as innocuous to use as Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and can be configured to automatically generate and transmit standard and customized reports.
With a nationwide average of one in eight employees abusing alcohol, and rates as high as 25% among some professions, businesses face profound financial, liability, injury, and reputation risks. By simply having employees clock-in daily on a TruTouch device, organizations can effectively eliminate on-duty impairment by alcohol.
While TruTouch is initially applying its technology toward workplace-safety applications, it is only the beginning. In addition to helping usher in a new era of diagnostic medicine, TruTouch has the potential to render obsolete harmful alcohol-impaired activity in virtually all its public forms, from workplace accidents to illicit alcohol sales to drunk driving.
